This is a great eatery. The service was fast and also really friendly and helpful. The staff were really accommodating of a number of dietary needs and allergies. The food and drinks were served quickly and it was all really delicious and well presented and the atmosphere of the venue was also inviting. As if that wasn't enough, they are also dog friendly.
Where do I start (there are so many things to list) about giving feedback for our recent visit to The Beeston Social for my sons Birthday. From point of booking, the run up to the day and on the actual day the communication from Poppy was absolutely amazing. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for Poppy and her Team for the Birthday arrangements The great thing about The Beeston Social is the games and arcades that allow the kids to have fun with their friends while the adults are left to enjoy the environment to have a drink (or two) while they are playing – Not once did they look at their phones while there. Less screen time is always bonus for parents! We were a party of around 12 children and 6 adults that were eating and I have to say the pizza’s and fries we ordered for the table came our promptly upon ordering, was fresh and piping hot, and most importantly delicious and tasty (as always). It was devoured by the kids within a matter of minutes and the same for the adults too. The Kitchen Team were also very accommodating in catering for food allergies which a couple of kids in the group have The kids loved it so much and they went back raving about how much fun they had to their parents. If you have a kids Birthday coming up, I would seriously suggest to you consider holding it The Beeston Social The staff here are amazing always so friendly and attentive and always made sure they were checking in with us to see if we needed anything else. I have to give a massive shoutout to the Manager of The Beeston Social, Poppy. Poppy was an excellent host and made our visit a truly excellent experience, she took care of everything beforehand with the booking and on the day, nothing was too much trouble for her, or her Team. She is a real asset to Management Team and can see that she is both a leader and at the same time is helping front of house with food and drinks orders. It is hard to find good customer service and a good customer experience, but Poppy lives and breathes both of these – Keep up the excellent work POPPY!
A lovely visit today with the family. Amazing value for money with the kids meal deals. Lovely food, fab friendly staff -thank you to the lovely man on the bar who gave the kids a dragon tattoo each! Will definitely be back for cocktails and food
I love this place. It's got a bit of everything: a games/ reading corner, a mini arcade, a chill area where you can eat or drink, love music and one hell of a good menu. Food is great and have regular offers on pizza and burgers. Staff are amazing and so helpful. Definitely a place worth visiting! Wish I'd kept the video I made.
I cannot tell you enough how much we love this place - we recently moved and it’s become our local! High quality 2-4-1 any day of the week, beautiful interiors, games and friendly staff. Big shout out to Vicky for excellent service! Thank you team for making us feel at home already!
I've been a local for a couple of years, this place is a brand new experience to the bar and food scene. Have a beer, have 5 star food. Music, played all the time. Books, games, just a chill out area. Staff, are friendly, professional, No names, one staff member has enough smiles for the world. Drink, or just bring the family for a board game. Fantastic place. No.bi don't work here, I'm not getting paid for this. As a veteran with a few problems, I adore this place. Whoever put ' Social ' in the name knew what it would become. Steve
Great place to meet for informal food and drink. We met up here as an extended family, the menu covered everyone’s various needs and with so much to see and do no-one was bored.
